* Our Mission is to provide 2nd chance opportunities for Current/Ex-gang Members, Current/Ex-offenders through Urban Science and Rehabilitation providing opportunities to those interested in changing their lives and the negative dynamics of their perspective Neighborhoods and Communities. The Folks and People Nations (Strategy for Peace) vows by "Sacred Oath" to build Leaders in the fields of: Recreation, Medicine, Law, Education, Economics, Politics, Social and Community Services.

(1) We need Concerned Citizens who will lead Folks and People Nations (Strategy for Peace) Chapters in their Neighborhoods and Communities working with (Community, Religious, Social, Law Enforcement, and Political Leaders) with the intent of Implementing the Folks and People Nations (Strategy for Peace) community meetings, programs, plans, strategies, and blueprints -- which are City/Statewide Peace efforts amongst Gangs rather on City and State Streets /or/ in City and State Prisons.

(2) Create, Develop, and Implement Neighborhood Conflict Resolution as it relates to managing, dealing, and coping with Youth/Gang Violence with emphasis on targeting, conversing and persuading Street Gang Leaders and Members to "Stop the Violence!"

(3) According to the Chicago Crime Commission's Gang Book published in 2006 reports more then 125,000 gang members in Chicago and Metropolitan Area. The Folks and People Nations (Strategy for Peace) is desperately and humbly asking for City, County, Federal, and State Political Leaders to pass bills that will allow Ex-gang Members, and Ex-offenders to digitally and voluntarily pay $10.oo Monthly donations via Checks, Money Orders, and or Credit Cards to a Financial Computerized System set-up and monitored by City, County, Federal, and State Entities. It is our sincere belief that this action will give Ex-gang Members, and Ex-offenders the opportunities to participate as it relates to creating alternative sources of Funding for Neighborhood Re-development, Employment Creation, and Programs for At-risk Youth/Young Adults. 125,000 people paying $10.oo Monthly donations would roughly equal $1,250,000.oo per Month!

(4) The Folks and People Nations (Strategy for Peace) will be Organizing and Conducting City/Statewide "Stop the Violence" Musical Concerts (Jazz, Gospel, Hip Hop, Rhythm & Blues, Rap, Rock & Roll, etc).

(5) The Folks and People Nations (Strategy for Peace) will also provide Recreational, Social, Religious, Law and Political Services to all our Members.

History of the Folks and People Nations (Strategy for Peace)

Many have asked why use the terms "Folks and People Nations?" They seem to forget about the part (Strategy for Peace). I ask why would the United States Government label our efforts as it relates to securing Iraq and developing an exit strategy the (Iraq Study Group)? Just because something has the same or similar name doesn't mean and or make it of the same substance. The Folks and People Nations (Strategy for Peace) deals in pragmatism, in other words we have joined the struggle of Creating, Developing, and Implementing Programs for At-risk Youth/Young Adults.

*History: The Folks and People Nations (Strategy for Peace) was created after I met with Elders from the African American Community (Bobby Gore, Chuck Spruell, Ivory Dillard, Professor John Hagedorn http://www.gangresearch.net/) and others. I was looking to transform segments of the Vice Lords Nation into a Social, Political and Economical Organization, when the Elders informed me that I should focus on reaching and uplifting all Street Organizations instead of a segment. The Meeting I had with the Elders was heated and passionate, however the Elders recognized my sincere desire for Peace of which I am eternally grateful. Since then the Folks and People Nations (Strategy for Peace) has taken Chicago by storm, we have been interviewed by various groups and has been recognized by the gentlemen of Chicago Clout as one of the answers to Youth/Gang Violence.......

The Folks and People Nations (Strategy for Peace) is a Multi-racial, Multi-cultural and Multi-lateral Peace Campaign. Our Mission is to register at least 30,000 Current/Ex-gang Members & Ex-offenders who desires to "CHANGE" their lives and the negative dynamics of their Neighborhoods and Communities. Our goals are to own and operate Local, National and International Businesses. One of our goals out of many is to at least build a Membership of 30,000 people who will commit to paying $10.oo Monthly donations, which would equal a Gross Total of $300,000.oo Monthly for Neighborhood Re-development, Scholarship Programs, and Employment Creation.
